COMPLETE APPLICATION
Applying is easy. We can go over the basics via phone to get you a pre-approval letter, then just fill out and sign your application. You can send it back to us via email or fax.
ORDER APPRAISAL
Simply order an appraisal through your Account Executive. Whether or not you choose Benjamin Alexander LLC, the appraisal is yours to keep. Once we get the appraisal back, your loan goes to processing.
GET FUNDED
We get you your money fast--in weeks, not months. Because we are fully funded, we don't have waiting periods. Our typically funding time from application is 15-17 days.
